1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website and the Virtu platform ("Virtu"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform. We may modify these terms at any time without notice.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using Virtu, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

Virtu is ONLY a platform that connects trainers and clients. We are NOT responsible for:

  • Any training content, advice, or services provided by trainers
  • The qualifications, certifications, or competence of any trainer
  • Any results, outcomes, or consequences from using trainer services
  • Any injuries, damages, or losses arising from trainer interactions
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content

3. NO LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRTU DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss
  • Business interruption or lost profits
  • Third-party actions or content
  • System failures, data loss, or security breaches

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your use of the platform and any consequences
  • Verifying trainer credentials and qualifications
  • Your health and safety during any training
  • All payments and financial transactions
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtu from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

6. NO WARRANTIES

The platform is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Platform Fees

Virtu charges trainers a platform fee for facilitating transactions and providing platform services:

  • Beta Period (90 days): 0% platform fee - completely free
  • Post-Beta Rate: Fees will be announced as the beta program comes to an end - guaranteed to be below industry standard
  • Founding Members: Lock in preferential lifetime rates that will always be lower than standard pricing

What's Included

The platform fee covers:

  • Payment gateway processing fees
  • Platform access and infrastructure
  • AI automation features (client management, onboarding, tracking, etc.)
  • White-label mobile app technology
  • Payment processing and currency conversion
  • Technical support

Note: Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, income tax, etc.) are extra and depend on your role and local government regulations. Trainers are responsible for their own tax compliance.

Optional Premium Features

Some advanced AI features are available as optional add-ons at additional cost. These premium features will be clearly marked and priced separately. You will always know exactly what you're paying for before activating any premium feature.

Beta Program Terms

  • Beta period runs for 90 days from launch (may be extended at Virtu's discretion)
  • 0% platform fees for all trainers during the beta period
  • Post-beta pricing will be decided and announced before the beta ends
  • 30 days notice will be provided before the beta period ends
  • Founding member rates are guaranteed to be preferential for life

Fee Collection

Platform fees are automatically deducted from trainer earnings at the time of transaction. Trainers receive their earnings minus the applicable platform fee. Virtu handles all tax remittance and payment gateway charges on behalf of trainers.

Platform fees are non-refundable. Fees apply to all completed transactions, regardless of any refunds provided by trainers to their clients.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India. However, we may enforce our rights in any jurisdiction where you reside or conduct business.
