Legal basis: Legitimate interest / necessary for service delivery

8. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors (Razorpay), video calling (Agora, Zoom), analytics tools, and cloud hosting providers. These services have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies.
8a. Zoom Integration
Trainers may optionally connect their Zoom accounts to schedule video calls through Zoom instead of our built-in video system. When a trainer connects their Zoom account:
- Data collected: Zoom user ID, email address, display name, and license type
- OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage
- Meeting data: Meeting IDs and join URLs for scheduled calls
How we use Zoom data:
- To create Zoom meetings on behalf of the trainer when scheduling calls
- To provide meeting join links to clients
- To display connected account information in settings
Data retention: Zoom tokens are stored as long as the trainer keeps their account connected. Trainers can disconnect their Zoom account at any time from their settings, which immediately deletes all stored Zoom tokens and revokes access.
We do not access Zoom meeting content, recordings, or participant data beyond what is necessary to create and manage scheduled meetings. For more information, see Zoom's Privacy Policy.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain data for longer periods as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or to resolve disputes. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is legally required.
