All payments are processed by Virtu. Refunds, if any, are governed solely by this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Authority

Virtu is the sole authority for processing refunds on the platform. Key points:

  • Trainers are not authorized to promise, approve, or issue refunds
  • Any refund commitments made by trainers via chat, call, or other communication are not valid
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in accordance with this policy
  • All refund decisions are made at Virtu's sole discretion

2. Refund Rules by Course Type

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase:

A. Fixed Duration Course - One-time Payment

No refunds once access is granted, except in cases of non-delivery or platform fault.

B. Fixed Duration Course - Monthly Recurring Payment

  • Charges already processed are non-refundable
  • Cancellation prevents future charges only
  • You may cancel anytime from your account settings
  • For future-dated courses: You can cancel before the first payment is charged if the course hasn't started yet

C. Ongoing Monthly Subscription (No End Date)

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle
  • Current billing cycle is non-refundable
  • For future-dated courses: You can cancel before the first payment is charged if the course hasn't started yet

3. Valid Refund Reasons

Refunds may be considered only for the following reasons:

Eligible for Refund Consideration:

  • Non-delivery of promised service or content
  • Platform technical failure preventing access
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with content or results
  • Trainer-client disagreement
  • Non-usage or forgetting to cancel
  • Inability to attend scheduled sessions
  • Personal circumstances unrelated to service delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via Virtu's official support system.

Requests made via trainer communication (chat, email, call) are not valid refund requests.

To request a refund:

  1. Visit our Contact Support page
  2. Select "Refund Request" as the inquiry type
  3. Provide your order/payment details and reason for refund
  4. Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • A credit note will be issued in accordance with applicable tax laws (GST)
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated

6. Cancellation vs Refund

Please note the difference:

Cancellation

Stops future recurring charges. Does not refund past payments. You can cancel anytime from your account.

Refund

Returns money for a past payment. Must meet eligibility criteria. Requires formal request to support.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.

By making a purchase on Virtu, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy. Refunds are processed solely at Virtu's discretion in accordance with this policy.
